Rental Assistance Program
Our Rental Assistance Program was a testament to our commitment to our residents during challenging times. With rising rental rates, we set aside a significant fund of over $1 million to provide immediate assistance. This program was designed to alleviate financial stress for those in need, ensuring they could maintain stable living conditions in adversity. We believe everyone deserves a secure place to call home, and our Rental Assistance Program worked tirelessly to make this belief a reality.

Façade Improvement Program
Discover the SEOPW CRA's community-focused Façade Beautification and Work Training Program, dedicated to revitalizing Overtown. This initiative enhances the appearance of existing residential, mixed-use, and commercial buildings with exterior painting, repairs, and prep work. Not only does it boost street walkability and residents' quality of life, but it also strengthens community pride. Tri-Rail
