SEOPW CRA SPOTLIGHT: DIRECTOR OF ARCHITECTURE & DEVELOPMENT, BRIAN ZELTSMAN

The month of June kicked off a new spotlight series. This series will introduce readers to the hard-working and dedicated staff at the SEOPW CRA. Get to know more about the team behind the SEOPW CRA mission.

Meet SEOPW CRA Director of Architecture and Development, Brian Zeltsman. Brian’s day to day responsibilities include overseeing all development projects and managing all construction-related CRA projects and grants. Brian obtained his Masters of Architecture from Florida International University.  Prior to joining the CRA staff, Brian worked as a Senior Associate at the architecture firm of Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, where he worked as a project architect and job captain, building plans examiner, and building inspector.  His notable design and construction administration projects include Parc Lofts Condominium, Art Institute of Miami Facade Improvements at the Omni, One Broadway Brickell, and the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport terminals 2 and 3 interior refurbishment.  Brian is a registered architect in the State of Florida and certified under the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
