Program Overview
The Quadplex Housing Development is a transformative project underway in Southeast Overtown, aiming to combat the housing crisis by creating four affordable home-ownership units. Situated on previously vacant land, this three-story building is a cornerstone of the SEOPW CRA's initiative to provide accessible housing solutions. Each unit will have impact-resistant windows and doors, balconies, energy-efficient appliances, and fixtures, ensuring durability and sustainability. Completion is anticipated in the summer of 2024.
