Program Overview
The SEOPW CRA invested up to $120,000 towards the design, construction, and future maintenance of a new monumnet sign at NW 3rd Avenue between NW 9th Street and 10th Steet, welcoming vistors to the area. The stone monument with fixed letters and external lighting will also incorporate an LED display that could be used to promote the area and inform residents and visitors of upcoming events.
